How to rent a storage unit? It takes less than 15 minutes
Book and pay for your storage space on our website.
1. Select a available unit and click “rent now”.
2. Pick the date when you want to move in (you can move in today).
3. Pay the rent for the 1st month.
4. Sign a rental agreement digitally.
5. You get access to your unit on the day you move in (right away if you want to move in today).

The minimum rental period is 1 month. You can rent a unit for as long as you want.
You can use the storage unit for short and long-term needs.
You can cancel your rental agreement by logging in to My Account or by contacting our customer service team, and we will cancel on your behalf. You must give us 30 days’ notice.
You can use an online bank payment and a credit or debit card.
The rent is paid monthly. You will receive a reminder to pay the rent.
If you pay using Stripe (credit or debit card), payments are made automatically.
The first month’s rent is paid when you book the unit.
Yes, you can visit the building and see the units you want.

When your rental agreement starts, you will get a link to download Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app.
With the Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app, you can seamlessly access the storage building and storage unit from your smartphone.
You don’t have to worry about losing a key.
You can easily share access to your unit through the app, so that family members, colleagues and others can also access your storage unit.
The app is also used to unlock the doors of the building, making it easy to enter the building 24 hours a day.
