Opening the entrance door
If you have an Android phone, turn on NFC on your phone before trying to unlock doors.
NFC stands for Near Field Communication.
It is a short-range wireless technology that allows a phone or another device to communicate with another device when they are very close to each other.
It is commonly used for contactless payments, opening doors, or quickly transferring data.
To open the door, follow these steps:
Press Pärnu Storage Door 1
Then press Open Rollup Door
Place your phone close to the sensor
Then the door will open.
Opening the storage unit door
If you have an Android phone, turn on NFC on your phone before trying to unlock doors.
To open the door, follow these steps:
Open the app and press Units
Then press Open Lock.
Place your phone against the lock
You can now open the latch and open the storage unit door.
Closing the storage unit door
To open the door, follow these steps:
Close the door.
Push the latch closed.
Tap your unit number in the app
Place your phone against the lock
The app will ask if the door is locked.
Check that the door is properly locked and confirm in the app by pressing Yes.
Then the unit is locked.
Closing the entrance door
To close the entrance door, press the button:

Press Pärnu Storage Door 1 in the app
Then press Open
Place your phone against the lock
When the phone connects to the sensor, you will hear a sound
The door will then close.

The minimum rental period is 1 month. You can rent a unit for as long as you want.
You can use the storage unit for short and long-term needs.
You can cancel your rental agreement by logging in to My Account or by contacting our customer service team, and we will cancel on your behalf. You must give us 30 days’ notice.

The rent is paid monthly. You will receive a reminder to pay the rent.

You don’t have to worry about losing a key.
You can easily share access to your unit through the app, so that family members, colleagues and others can also access your storage unit.
The app is also used to unlock the doors of the building, making it easy to enter the building 24 hours a day.
